We made Cem Belevi dislike his own songs (April Fools' prank)

When the shoot day for the guest artist series fell on April 1st, the team made a plan: as soon as Cem Belevi walked in they would announce "here's the mashup we prepared" and sing every note wrong. A team that normally rehearses meticulously acted as if it had never practised.

Cem Belevi started listening happily, saying he enjoys hearing others sing his songs. As it got worse he stayed polite, only suggesting "we should check the keys a bit". When the prank was revealed he admitted his relief: "I was honestly starting to go off my own songs." The same mashup was then recorded for real.
